St. Vincent de Paul went to a ‘work from home’ model due to Covid. As time went on they realized they could maintain that model and no longer needed their headquarter office building. Green CRA listed the building and with research found the perfect Buyer. A Joyful Noise early education were contacted and said “yes” we want the building. Working with lenders, inspectors, title companies, etc. the building was sold! Both Buyer and Seller were elated with the results.
