C. H. Coakley made the decision to sell this highly visible, historic landmark building and contacted Jennifer with Green CRA to assist. It had been part of the family for multiple generations dating back to 1927. The building was built as Milwaukee’s first fireproof warehouse. A target marketing strategy was put into place and was successful. Today it is a busy self-storage facility.
